Case Manager: Paul Wood, Planning Director <br /> <br />Lipton reminded the Commissioners that the Inclusionary Zoning would be added to the <br />February 8th meeting because of it having been continued. <br /> <br />Staff Comments - <br />~ Joint Study Session - January 18, 2007 - Business Retention and Development <br />(BRaD), City Council and Planning Commission. <br /> <br />Hartman noted that she would not be able to attend. <br /> <br />Planning Commission Comments - <br />Deborski inquired about the sign for the gas station at the corner of Front and Pine. <br /> <br />Wood stated that an application had been received several months ago and was denied because it <br />is a non-conforming sign. Staff had requested of the owner to bring the sign into conformance <br />but there has been no additional communication from the owner/applicant. <br /> <br />Discussion Items for Next Meeting- <br />None heard. <br /> <br />Adjournment - Dalton moved and Pritchard seconded a motion to adjourn. Lipton adjourned <br />the meeting at 10: 10 PM. <br />
