Case Manager: Sean McCartney, Principal Planner <br /> <br />No other comments regarding the tentative agenda were heard from Commissioners or Staff. <br /> <br />Staff Comments - <br />'" Appointment of Hank Dalton to continue to serve on Business Retention and <br />Development (BRaD) <br /> <br />Dalton discussed the proposed programs planned by BRaD, membership and meeting times. <br /> <br />'" DRCOG Planning Commissioners Workshop - Saturday, March 10, 2007 <br /> <br />Staff reviewed a memo and requested that the Commissioners notify Schwertfeger of their <br />interest in attending so registration can be completed. <br /> <br />Loo inquired about the Planning 101 Workshop offered by the State Department of Labor. She <br />shared an informational page with staff for their review. <br /> <br />'" AP A Member of Planning Commission members <br /> <br />Staff discussed the opportunity for Planning Commissioners to be members of the American <br />Planning Association (APA). Staff also noted that the $60.00 membership fee would be paid by <br />the City. It was requested that the Commissioners notify Schwertfeger of their interest. <br /> <br />Loo stated her interest in membership. <br /> <br />Planning Commission Comments - <br />Deborski inquired about who owns the City light poles and who is responsible for the <br />maintenance. <br /> <br />Wood explained that the poles are the property of Xce1 Energy and the City pays the electric bill <br />associated with the use. <br /> <br />Discussion Items for Next Meeting- <br />None heard. <br /> <br />Adjournment - <br />Pritchard moved and Dalton seconded a motion to adjourn. Lipton adjourned the meeting at 9: 10 <br />PM. <br />
