RESOLUTION NO. 37 S:ERIES 2004 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SPECIAL REVIEW USE FOR "FAMILY RECOVERY CENTERS", A F ACIL TY PROVIDING SUPPORTS SERVICES FOR TEENAGERS RECOVERING FROM SUBSTANCE ABUSE AND THEIR PARENTS, LOCATED AT 385 S. PIERCE AVENUE, LOT 9, BLOCK 7, CTC, FIRST FILING WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for approval of a special review use (SRU) for a facility providing support services for teenagers recovering from substance abuse and their parents; and, WHEREAS, all materials related to the SRU have been reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and have been found to comply with Chapter 17 of the LMC, including the SRU criteria listed in Section 17.40.100; and, WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing on July 22, 2004 where evidence and testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning Commission Staff Report of July 13, 2004 the Planning Commission recommended approval to the City Council, with one condition; and, WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the recommendation of the Planning Commission and finds that the application should be approved, with the following conditions: 1. That the shared parking agreement between this property and the property immediately west shall be finalized in coordination with the City Planning Staff, approved by City Council as part of their action on this SRU and recorded with the Boulder County Clerk and Recorder in conjunction with recordation of the SR U. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a special review use for Family Recovery Centers at 385 S.
