Members of the Public <br />None. <br />LOUISVILLE HOUSING AUTHORITY <br />MEETING MINUTES <br />Tuesday, April 26, 2 8:00 am <br />Regal Square Apartments <br />Louisville, CO 80027 <br />To foster the availability of quality, affordable housing and related services for the residents of Louisville, using broad community resources. The <br />Housing Authority of the City of Louisville will accomplish its mission through: community" collaboration, effective services and programs, <br />professional organization, efficient resource management, and the expansion offundingsources. <br />Commissioners Present:. Terri Abbott, Steve Underhill, Walt Qehlkers, Scott McKenzie <br />Commissioners Absent: Rob Kelly, Joyce Brassum <br />Staff Present Chuck Schloz, Housing Division; Director; Vipheatra Dana, Housing Finance Manager; Sally <br />Vigil, Property Management Supervisor Alma Torres, Administrative Technician; G eneva Z 'Bailey, <br />Administrative Technician <br />Others: Diane Evans, Community Resource Coordinator, City of Louisville; Liz Black, Observer. from <br />League of Women Voters; Sheri;Marsella, Louisville City Council liaison <br />Call to Order <br />The meeting was called to order at 8 :01 a.m. <br />Approval of the Agenda <br />Terri motioned to approve the agenda. Walt seconded, the motion, all in favor. The motion to approve the <br />agenda passed unanimously <br />Approval of the;March 29, 2011 Minutes <br />Terri motioned to approve the minutes. Walt seconded the motion, all in favor. The motion to approve the <br />Director's ,Report <br />Chuck presented the Louisville Housing Authority Director's report as it relates to HUD; the requirement of <br />submitting the financial assessment subsystem for 2010 into HUD's database. "Vipheatra will make that <br />submission by the end of this month. Every other year, we have a physical inspection. of Hillside.. It is <br />scheduled for May 18 of this year Two years ago we received a score in the mid 80's outof 100. The <br />primary area of deduction was an egress issue regarding an air conditioner, located in one of the bedroom <br />windows: It was removed. <br />We are conducting' a physical needs inspection on all Louisville Housing Authority properties. Regal Square <br />is complete: The remaining properties will be completed by the end of October. <br />Chuck received the approval of- the board to do a Portfolio Analysis.
