<br /> . . <br /> Section 4. The following subsections are hereby added <br />to Section 13.24.030, Chapter 13.24, Title 13 of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code: <br /> A. The tap fee for residential uses shall be <br /> computed as follows: <br /> 1. Single family dwellings, one thousand <br /> dollars per unit; <br /> 2. Multiple family dwellings, one thousand <br /> dollars per unit; <br /> 3. Mobile home park, one thousand dollars <br /> per unit. <br /> B. The tap fee for commercial uses shall be <br /> as follows: <br /> 1. ]i'or motels, apartment houses, hotels <br /> and other commercially operated rental <br /> units, the tap fee shall be one thousand <br /> dollars per unit. <br /> 2. For shops, stores, schools, industrial <br /> plants, service stations, car washes, <br /> restaurants and like commercial industrial <br /> uses" the tap fee shall be one half of the <br /> water tap fee as computed by the waterworks <br /> ordinance currently in effect, without re- <br /> gard to that portion of the tap fee that <br /> related to automatic fire protection. That <br /> minimum tap fee in any event shall be one <br /> thousand dollars. <br /> Section 5.
