. .. Section 3. Seetion 16.20.030A of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby repealed. Section 4. The following subsection is hereby added to Title 16, Chapter l6.20.030A of the Louisville Municipal Code: A. Except where expressly permitted by variance as provided in this Chapter, the following utilities shall be provided and connected to existing public systems by the subdivider: 1. Water lines and fire hydrants; 2. Sanitary sewer lines; 3. Storm drainage improvements and storm sewers where required. Section 5. Section 17.12.030 subsections l6 and 28 of Title 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code are hereby repealed. Section 6. The following subsections are hereby added to Section 17.12.030 of Title 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code: A RR RM RH CN CC CB I RE RL 16. Private recreational and social facilities such as tennis clubs, swimming clubs and golf courses. R R R R R R R No 28. Establishments for a wide variety of commercial uses, including, but not limited to animal hospi- tals, kennels, public garages, car washes, clean- ing and laundry plants, cold storage lockers, nursery stock production and sales, building material and equipment dealers and wholesaling services. No No No No No No Yes R Section 7. Section 17.24.040 of Title 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby repealed. Section 8. The following section is hereby added to Title 17, Chapter 17.24 of the Louisville Municipal Code: 17.24.040 Setback The setback for any sign shall be the same as the required or established setback line for a principal use or within ten feet of a property line abutting a street, whichever is less. In the case of a common sign, the sign may be placed on the common side lot line. Section 9. Section l7.28.020A, Section 17.28.030 subsection A-I and Section 17.28.l80 subsection B-8 of Title 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code are hereby repealed. -2-
