<br /> . .. <br /> Section 10. The following subsections are hereby added <br />to Title 17, Chapter 17.28 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> 17.28.020 Scope <br /> A. Application for a planned unit development may be <br />made for land located in any zoning district. <br />17.28.030 Types of Planned Unit Developments-Overlays <br /> A. The following types of planned unit developments may <br />be established by overlaying a PUD development plan over the <br />applicable existing zoning district or districts. The overlays <br />are as follows: <br /> 1. PUD-R, Planned Residential District over A, <br /> R-E, R-L, R-M, and R-H District. <br />17.28.180 Final Development Plan-Submission-Requirements <br /> B. 8. The off-street parking areas, service areas <br /> including trash areas, loading areas and provision <br /> for bicycle trails and bicycle storage; <br /> Section 11. Section 17.40.30 of Title l7 of the <br />Louisville Municipal Code is hereby repealed. <br /> Section l2.
