<br /> ORDINANCE NO. 641 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF <br /> THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF <br /> LOUISVILLE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY <br /> ZONING THE PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE <br /> CITY OF LOUISVILLE BY ORDINANCE <br /> NO. 640. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Louisville has annexed certain <br /> real property by adopting Ordinance No. 640; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary that the zoning thereof be <br /> determined; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> Section 1. That Section 17.04.050 of the Louisville <br /> Municipal Code, entitled Zoning Map - District Boundaries <br /> Established, shall be amended to include the following described <br /> property and that the tract shall be zoned in accordance with the <br /> zoning indicated after the description below: <br /> A part of the Northeast i of the Northeast i of <br /> Section 7, Township 1 South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M. , <br /> Boulder County, Colorado, and more particularly described as <br /> follows: <br /> Beginning at a point on the East Line of the said <br /> Northeast i of the Northeast i from whence the Northeast <br /> Corner of said Section 7 bears N 00000'12"W, 30.00', said <br /> point being on the South Right-of-Way Line of South Boulder <br /> Road; thence S 00000'12"E along the East Line of the said <br /> , Northeast i of the Northeast i, 349.03' to the Northerly <br /> boundary of Hillsborough West Subdivision, Filing No. 1 , <br /> according to the recorded plat thereof; thence along the <br /> said Northerly boundary N 64056'47"W, 179.64' and N 71044' <br /> 47"W, 38.18'; thence N OOoOO'12"W, parallel with the said <br /> East Line of the Northeast i of the Northeast i, 259.34' to <br /> the South Right-of-Way Line of South Boulder Road; thence <br /> N 89031' 23"E, along the said South Right-of-Way Line, 199.00' <br /> to the Point of Beginning, containing l.38 acres, more or less. <br /> Proposed Zoning: R-H Residential High Density <br /> INTRODUCED, READ, AND ORDERED PUBLISHED this J '1 \:!:- <br /> day of ~, , 1979. <br /> )U:h <br /> , // " -'. /',' ',/ffC"hL./ <br /> M a y.o,r;: ,j'" <br /> [/ <br /> ATTEST: <br /> ;1. 1 lull <br /> WJ.jJJj n) y. <br /> City Clerk <br />
