<br /> . - <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 643 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF <br /> THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF <br /> LOUISVILLE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY <br /> ZONING THE PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE <br /> CITY OF LOUISVILLE BY ORDINANCE <br /> NO. 642. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Louisville has annexed certain real <br /> properties by adopting Ordinance No. 642; and <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary that the zoning thereof be <br /> determined; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> 'l'HE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> Section 1. That Section 17.04.050 of the Louisville <br /> Municipal Code, entitled Zoning Map - District Boundaries <br /> Established, shall be amended to include the following described <br /> properties and that the parcels shall be zoned in accordance with <br /> the zoning indicated after the descriptions below: <br /> PARCEL A <br /> The West! of the S! of the S! of the Southwest! of the <br /> Northwestj of Section 18, Township 1 South, Range 69 West of the <br /> 6th P.M., County of Boulder, State of Colorado. <br /> PARCEL B <br /> The East! of the Si of the S! of the Southwest! of the <br /> Northwest! of Section l8, Township 1 South, Range 69 West of the <br /> 6th P.M., County of Boulder, State of Colorado. <br /> PARCEL C <br /> A part of the Northeast! of the Southwest! of Section 18, <br /> Township 1 South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., described as follows: <br /> Beginning at a point on the East-West Centerline of said Section 18, <br /> 512.l feet West of the center of said Section 18; thence South <br /> parallel with the North-South Centerline of said Section 18, 528 <br /> feet; thence East parallel with said East-West Centerline, 16fj <br /> feet; thence South parallel with said North-South Centerline, 791 <br /> feet to a point on the South line of said NE! of the SWi; thence <br /> West along said South line 165 feet; thence North parallel with <br /> said North-South Centerline, 'l71 feet; thence West parallel with <br /> said East-West Centerline, 15 feet; thence North parallel with <br /> said North-South Centerline, 548 feet to a point on said East-West <br /> Centerline; thence East, 15 feet to the point of beginning, County <br /> of Boulder, State of Colorado, subject to reservations in instrument <br /> recorded November 12, 19t,2, in Book 917, Page 13, Boulder County <br /> records. <br /> Proposed Zoning: CC Corrmunity Commercial <br /> INTRODUCED, READ, AND ORDERED PUBLISHED THIS 15'~ day <br /> of ~ , 1979. <br />
