II~ ORDINANCE NO. 650 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY ZONING THE PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE BY ORDINANCE NO. G:, "-/9 WHEREAS, the City of Louisville has annexed certain real property by adopting Ordinance No. 649; and WHEREAS, it is necessary that the zoning thereof be determined; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY rrHE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLOHADO: Section l. That Section 17.04.050 of the Louisville Municipal Code, entitled Zoning Map - District Boundaries Established, shall be amended to include the following described property and that the parcel shall be zoned in accordance with the zoning indicated after the description below: A part of the SW! of the SE! of Section 8, Township 1 South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., described as follows: Beginning at a point on the South Line of said SW! SEi 263.5 feet East of S! Corner of said Section 8; thence North parallel with the West Line of said SWi SEt 828.8 feet; thence East parallel with the South Line of said swt SEt 541.5 feet; thence South parallel with West line of said SWi SEi 828.8 feet; thence West 541.5 feet to the Point of Beginning, County of Boulder, State of Colorado.
