. ., ORDINANCE NO. 651 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 13 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE, INCREASING THE MUNICIPAL WATER TAP FEES IN THE AMOUNT OF TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS PER TAP. WHEREAS, the costs of improving, expanding and maintain- ing the water and sewer of the City of Louisville are increasing; and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that the increased costs of the City should be recognized and be reflected by the water and sewer tap fees; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. Subsection (A), Section 13.12.040, Chapter 13.12, Title 13 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby repealed. Section 2. The following Subsection (A) is hereby added to Chapter 13.l2, Title 13 of the Louisville Municipal Code: A. Tap fee shall be computed by reference to Table A of Section 13.12.030 and Table B of this Section.
