. ." ORDINANCE NO. 657 AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, A PARCEL OF PROPERTY IN SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 1 SOUTH, RANGE 69 WEST, COUNTY OF BOULDER, STATE OF COLORADO. WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado, hereby determines that the parcel of real property is solely owned by Kenneth and Mary Buffo with David Poss as optionee- purchaser and that said owners have petitioned for annexation to the City; and THAT more or not less than 1/6 of the perimeter of the area proposed to be annexed is contiguous with the City limits of the City of Louisville; and THAT a community of interest exists between the territory proposed to be annexed and the City of Louisville; and THAT the territory proposed to be annexed is urban or will be urbanized in the near future and the territory is capable of being integrated into the City of Louisville; and THAT an annexation election of qualified electors is not required for this annexation; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. That the following described properties situated in the County of Boulder, State of Colorado, be annexed to the City of Louisville, to-wit: A part of the North 1 of the Northeast i of Section 17, Township 1 South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M. , Boulder County, Colorado, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the centerline of Roosevelt Avenue from whence the Northeast corner of the Northwest i of the Northeast i of said Section 17, bears North 00004' East, 688.37' according to the recorded plat of Bella Vista, an addition to the Town of Louisville, Colorado, said point being a point of curve in front of Lot 3 of Block 2 of said Bella Vista (a brass cap in concrete 10" below surface of pavement found this date); Thence South 89056' East, perpendicular to the centerline of Roosevelt Avenue, 25' to the East line of Roosevelt Avenue; thence South 00004' West, along the East line of Roosevelt Avenue, 442.75' to a point 12.5' Horth of the North line of Lots 12 through 15 of Block 1 of Johnson's First Addition to Louisville, according to the recorded plat thereof, extended Easterly; thence North 89052' West, parallel with said North line of Lots 12 through 15, 280' to a point on the West line of Lot, said Lot 12 extended Northerly, l2. 5' ;
