ORDINANCE NO. 658 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY ZONING THE PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE BY ORDINANCE NO. 657. WHEREAS, the City of Louisville has annexed certain real property by adopting Ordinance No. 657; and WHEREAS, it is necessary that the zoning thereof be determined; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. That Section 17.04.050 of the Louisville Municipal Code, entitled Zoning Map - District Boundaries Established, shall be amended to include the following described property and that the parcel shall be zoned in accordance with the zoning indicated after the description below: A part of the North 1 of the Northeast i of Section 17, Township 1 South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M. , Boulder County, Colorado, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the centerline of Roosevelt Avenue from whence the Northeast corner of the Northwest i of the Northeast i of said Section 17, bears North OOo04'East, 688.37' according to the recorded plat of Bella Vista, an addition to the Town of Louisville, Colorado, said point being a point of curve in front of Lot 3 of Block 2 of said Bella Vista (a brass cap in concrete 10" below surface of pavement found this date); Thence South 89056' East, perpendicular to the centerline of Roosevelt Avenue, 25' to the East line of Roosevelt Avenue; thence South 00004' West, along the East line of Roosevelt Avenue, 442.75' to a point 12.5' North of the North line of Lots 12 through 15 of Block 1 of Johnson's First Addition to Louisville, according to the recorded plat thereof, extended Easterly; thence North 89052' West, parallel with said North line of Lots 12 through 15, 280' to a point on the West line of Lot said Lot 12 extended Northerly, 12.5' ; thence North 00004' East, parallel with the centerline of Roosevelt Avenue, 167.69' to a point on the centerline of Bella Vista Drive; thence North 63037' East, along the centerline of Bella Vista Drive, 136.94 feet to a point of curve to the Left; thence along the arc of a 238.73' radius curve to the Left, 264.79' to the point of beginning, containing 1.693 acres, more or less.
