<br /> . ." <br /> 15.44.060 Occupancy <br /> A. Covered mall buildings shall be classified as Group B, <br /> Division 2 Occupancies and may contain accessory uses consisting of <br /> Groups A, J~ , or R, Division 1 Occupancies as designated by the <br /> Uniform Building Code. The area of individual accessory uses within <br /> a covered mall building shall not exceed three times the basic area <br /> permitted by Table No. 5-C of the Uniform Building Code for the type <br /> of construction and the occupancy involved. The aggregate area of <br /> all accessory uses within a covered mall building shall not exceed <br /> 25 percent of the gross leasable area. <br /> 1. An attached garage for the storage of <br /> passenger vehicles having a capacity of not more <br /> then nine persons and open parking garages may be <br /> considered as a separate building when they are <br /> separated from the covered mall building by an <br /> occupancy separation having a fire-endurance time <br /> period of at least two hours. <br /> r.~ Individual tenant spaces within a covered mall building <br /> .b. which comprise a distinct "occupancy", as described in Chapters 5, 6 <br /> , <br /> 7, 8, 11 and 12 of the Uniform Building Code, shall be separated from <br /> any other occupancy as specified in Section 503(d) of the Uniform <br /> Building Code. <br /> 1. A main entrance which opens onto a mall <br /> need have no separation. <br /> Section 2.
