. .11 \ r ORDINANCE NO. 664 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE ENTITLED t1ZONING" BY ZONING THE PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, BY ORDINANCE NO. 663. WHEREAS, the City of Louisville has annexed certain real property by adopting Ordinance No. 663; and WHEREAS, it is necessary that the zoning thereof be determined; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. That Section 17.04.050 of the Louisville Municipal Code, entitled Zoning Map - District Boundaries Established, shall be amended to include the following described property and that the tract shall be zoned in accordance with the zoning indi- cated after the description below: TRACT NO. 2424 A portion of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section 17, TIS, R69W of the 6th P.M. described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North line of said Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of said Section 17, which point is identi- cal with the Northwest corner of a tract of land conveyed by Warranty Deed recorded in Book 969 at Page 228 of the records in the office of the Boulder' County, Colorado, Clerk and Recorder; thence West along said North line a distance of 120 feet; thence South 150 feet; thence East 120 feet to the Southwest corner of said above mentioned tract; thence North 150 feet along the West line of said above mentioned tract to the point of beginning. Said parcel containing 0.4l3 acres, more or less.
