"" <br /> ".- '\ <br /> OEDINANCE NO. 669 <br /> AN ORDINANCE ADOPTED PURSUANT TO C.R.S. <br /> 1973, 31-15-713, AS AMENDED, AUTHORIZING <br /> THE SALE BY THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE OF A <br /> CERTAIN PARCEL OF REAL PROPERTY. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Louisville currently owns a parcel <br />of real property located east of the present City limits and being <br />contiguous to the City of La'fayett.e: . and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that due to the <br />location of said property, it cannot be reasonably utilized by the <br />City of Louisville and therefore, it should be sold in a commercially <br />reasonable fashion. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> Section 1. That the parcel of real property described <br />as: <br /> The NW 1/4 of t:he SE 1/4; the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4; <br /> the SE 1/4 of t:he NW 1/4; and the NE 1/4 of the <br /> SW 1/4 of Section 10, Township 1 South, Range 69 <br /> West of the 6th P.M., <br /> EXCEPT the following described tract: <br /> Beginning at the SW corner of the NE 1/4 of the <br /> SW 1/4 of said Section 10; thence N 0005140"E <br /> 1908.27 feet along the West line of the NE 1/4 <br /> of the SW 1/4 and the West line of the SE 1/4 of <br /> the NW 1/4 of said Section; thence S 89041'40"E <br /> 404.28 feet parallel to the North line of the <br /> SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section; thence <br /> S 0005140"W 1909.03 feet parallel to the West <br /> line of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 also the West <br /> line of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said Section <br /> to a point on the South line of the NE 1/4 of the <br /> SW 1/4 of said Section; thence N 8904811O"W <br /> 404.28 feet along the South line of the NE 1/4 <br /> of the SW 1/4 of said Section to the POINT OF <br /> BEGINNING. <br />shall be sold. <br /> Section 2. That said property shall be sold for the sum <br />of $400,000.00 in cash or certified funds. <br /> Section 3. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign <br />and execute a proper general Warranty Deed for the transfer of said <br />parcel. <br />
