. "" ".- '\ OEDINANCE NO. 669 AN ORDINANCE ADOPTED PURSUANT TO C.R.S. 1973, 31-15-713, AS AMENDED, AUTHORIZING THE SALE BY THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE OF A CERTAIN PARCEL OF REAL PROPERTY. WHEREAS, the City of Louisville currently owns a parcel of real property located east of the present City limits and being contiguous to the City of La'fayett.e: . and WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that due to the location of said property, it cannot be reasonably utilized by the City of Louisville and therefore, it should be sold in a commercially reasonable fashion. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. That the parcel of real property described as: The NW 1/4 of t:he SE 1/4; the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4; the SE 1/4 of t:he NW 1/4; and the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 10, Township 1 South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., EXCEPT the following described tract: Beginning at the SW corner of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 10; thence N 0005140"E 1908.27 feet along the West line of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 and the West line of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section; thence S 89041'40"E 404.28 feet parallel to the North line of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of said Section; thence S 0005140"W 1909.03 feet parallel to the West line of the SE 1/4 of the NW 1/4 also the West line of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said Section to a point on the South line of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said Section; thence N 8904811O"W 404.28 feet along the South line of the NE 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of said Section to the POINT OF BEGINNING. shall be sold. Section 2. That said property shall be sold for the sum of $400,000.00 in cash or certified funds. Section 3. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign and execute a proper general Warranty Deed for the transfer of said parcel.
