<br /> Section 3. Section 17 of Ordinance No. 668 is hereby <br />amended by addition of the following language at the end of said <br />Section: <br /> Sales Tax Ordinance No. 479, imposing on all sales <br /> of tangible personal property at retail or the furn- <br /> ishing of services a tax equal to two percent (2%) of <br /> the gross receipt, shall also be and remain irrepeal- <br /> able until said Note and the interest thereon shall <br /> have been fully paid, satisfied, and discharged. <br /> Section 4.
