"' <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 671 <br /> AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF <br /> LOUISVILLE, COLORADO, A PARCEL OF <br /> PROPERTY IN SECTION 17 AND SECTION <br /> 20, TOWNSHIP 1 SOUTH, RANGE 69 WEST <br /> OF THE 6TH P.M., COUNTY OF BOULDER, <br /> STATE OF COLORA.DO. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville, <br />Colorado, hereby determines that the parcel of real property <br />described below is solely owned by John A. Morrison, and that <br />said owner has petitioned for annexation to the City; and <br /> THAT more or not less than 1/6 of the perimeter of the <br />area proposed to be annexed is contiguous with the City limits of <br />the City of Louisville; and <br /> THAT a community of interest exists between the terri- <br />tory proposed to be annexed and the City of Louisville; and <br /> THAT the territory proposed to be annexed is urban or <br />will be urbanized in the near future and the territory is capable <br />of being integrated into the City of Louisville; and <br /> THAT an annexation election of qualified electors is not <br />required for this annexation. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> Section 1. That the following described properties <br />situated in the County of Boulder, State of Colorado, be annexed <br />to the City of Louisville, to-wit: <br /> A tract of land located in the S 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of <br />Section 17 and in the N 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section 20, all in <br />T1S, R69W of the 6th P.M., described as follows: <br /> Commencing at t:he Southeast Corner of the N 1/2 of the <br />NE 1/4 of said Section 20 from which the Northeast Corner of said <br />Section 20 bears N. OO49'58"E, thence N. 88054'30"W, 25.00 feet <br />along the South Line of the N 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 20 <br />to the True Point of Beginning; <br /> Thence continuing N. 88054'30"W, 2628.59 feet along the <br />South Line of the N 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 20 to the <br />Southwest Corner thereof; <br /> Thence N. Q054125"E, 1323.55 feet along the West Line <br />of the N 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 20 to the N 1/4 <br />Corner of said Section 20; <br /> Thence N. lO07155"E, 25.00 feet to the North Right-of-Way <br />Line of Dillon Road (Boulder County Road No. 6 8) ; <br />
