<br /> "' <br /> OHDINANCE NO. 672 <br /> AN ORDINANCE A~~NDING TITLE 17 OF THE <br /> LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY <br /> OF LOUISVILLE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY <br /> ZONING THE PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE <br /> CITY OF LOUISVILLE BY ORDINANCE NO. 671 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Louisville has annexed certain real <br />property by adopting Ordinance No. 671; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary that the zoning thereof be <br />determined; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> Section 1. That Section 17.04.050 of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code, entitled Zoning Map - District Boundaries <br />Established, shall be amended to include the following described <br />property and that the parcel shall be zoned in accordance with <br />the zoning indicated after the description below: <br /> A tract of Land located in the S 1/2 of the SE 1/4 of <br />Section 17 and in the N 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of Section 20, all in <br />'IllS, R69W of the 6th P.M. described as follows: <br /> Commencing at the Southeast Corner of the N 1/2 of the <br />NE 1/4 of said Section 201 from which the Northeast Corner of said <br />Section 20 bears N. OO49'58"E, thence N. 88054'30"W, 25.00 feet <br />along the South Line of the N 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 20 <br />to the True Point of Beginning; <br /> Thence continuing N. 88054'30"W, 2628.59 feet along the <br />South Line of the N 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 20 to the <br />Southwest Corner thereof; <br /> Thence N. OO54'25"E, 1323.55 feet along the West Line <br />of the N 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 20 to the N 1/4 Corner <br />of said Section 20; <br /> Thence N. lO07155"E, 25.00 feet to the North Right-of-Way <br />Line of Dillon Road (Boulder County Road No. 68) ; <br /> Thence S. 88052'05"E, 2626.77 feet along the North Right- <br />of-Way Line of said Dillon Road, to a point from which the True <br />Point of Beginning bears S. OO49'58"W, parallel to the East Line <br />of the N 1/2 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 20; <br /> Thence S.
