"" <br /> OHDINANCE NO. 673 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REPEALING THE PROVISIONS OF <br /> THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE DEALING WITH <br /> ANNUAL RATES, INTER-CITY WATERLINE MODIFI- <br /> CATION AND WATER METERS ON TRANSFERRED <br /> PROPERTY; REVISING THE CHARGES FOR BULK <br /> WATER SALES AND FOR TAPE FEES FOR MULTIPLE- <br /> FAMILY DWELLINGS. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has previously required that all <br />water consumers of the City shall be metered; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the Louisville Municipal Code currently has <br />provisions dealing with flat rate water billings which are no <br />longer utilized; and, <br /> WHEREAS, the City Administrator has requested that the <br />charges for bulk water rates and for multi-family tap fees be <br />revised. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> Section 1. That sections 13.08.180; 13.12.070; 13.12.080; <br />13.12.090(c) ; Chapter 13.16, all sections; 13.24.03(a) (2); and <br />13.24.070 of Title 13 of the Louisville Municipal Code are hereby <br />repealed. <br /> Section 2. The following sections are hereby added to <br />Title 13 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> 13.12.090(c) Bulk Water Sales <br /> Bulk water sales through a master meter may be made at the <br />discretion of the City Administrator, at the rate onf one dollar per <br />one thousand gallons. <br /> 13.24.030(a) (2) Multi-Family Tap Fees <br /> 2.
