"" r~"" ORDINANCE NO. 675 AN ORDINANCE REPEALING CHAPTERS 15.08, 15.12, AND 15.16 OF TITLE 15; AND ADOPTING BY REFERENCE THE 1979 UNIFORM PLUMBING CODE, THE 1979 UNIFORM MECHANICAL CODE, AND T~ 1979 UNIFORM FIRE CODE. ---- -- --- WHEREAS, the Building Inspector has reviewed the 1979 Uniform Plumbing Code, the 1979 Uniform Mechanical Code, and the 1979 Uniform Fire Code, and recommends the adoption of the same to City Council to update the Municipal Code of the City; and WHE REAS , the City Council is of the opinion that the same should be adopted as set out herein. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. Sections 15.08.010, 15.08.020 and 15.08.030 of Chapter 15.08 of Title 15 of the Louisville Municipal Code are hereby repealed. Section 2. The following sections are hereby added to Chapter 15.08, Title 15 of the Louisville Municipal Code: 15.08.010 Adoption Pursuant to Title 31, Article 16,of C.R.S. 1973, as amended, - - - - - - there is adopted as a part of the Louisville Municipal Code by reference the Uniform Mechanical Code, 1979 Edition, published bv the International Conference of Building Officials, 5360 South Workman Mill Road, Whitti.er, California 90601, to have the same force and effect as if set forth herein in every particular. The subject matter of the adopted code includes minimum standards relating to the design, construction, installation, quality of materials, location, operation, and maintenance or use of heating, ventilating, cooling, refrigeration systems, i.ncinerators and other miscellaneous heat-producing appliances. 15.08.020 Sect:ion 304 (a) amended - Permit Fees Section 304(a) of the Uniform Mechanical Code, 1979 - Edition, is amended to delete the existing Table No. 3-A and to
