<br /> lodging houses, asylums, hospitals, churches, <br /> halls, the,a tres , amphitheatres, and all other <br /> places in which people work, live or congregate <br /> from time to time for any purpose. <br />(11) The investigation of the cause, origin, and <br /> circumstances of fire. <br /> 15.12.030 Appendices adopted <br />Pursuant to the requirements of Section 1.102(c), the <br />provisions of Appendices A, B, E, and G are hereby specifically <br />adopted and made a part of the Uniform Fire Code. <br /> 15.12.040 Copies available at <br /> Office of City Clerk <br />At least three copies of the Uniform Fire Code, 1979 Edition, <br />as amended, of the International Conference of Building Officials and <br />the Western Fire Chiefs Association, all certified to be true shall <br />be available for reference by any interested person between the hours <br />of eight a.m. and five p.m. (8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.), Monday through <br />Friday, holidays excepted. The Fire Code as finally adopted shall <br />be available for sale to the public through the office of the City <br />Clerk at a moderate priCE!. <br /> 15.12.050 Penalty clause <br />The following penalty clause is adopted for all violations <br />of the Uniform Fire Code" 1979 Edition, as amended: <br /> "Any person, firm, or corporation violating any of the <br />provisions of this Code shall be deem~d guilty of a separate offense <br />for each and every day or portion thereof during which any violation <br />of any of the provisions of this Code is committed, continued, or <br />permitted, and upon conviction of any such violation such person shall <br />be punishable by a fine of not more than $300.00 or by imprisonment <br />for not more than ninety days, or by both such fine and imprisonment." <br />Section 5. Sections 15.16.010, 15.16.020, and 15.16.030 <br />of Chapter 15.16, Title 15, of the Louisville Municipal Code are <br />hereby repealed. <br />Section 6. The following sections are hereby added to <br />Chapter 15.16 of Title 1!5 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> 15.16.010 Adoption <br />Pursuant to Title 31, Article 16, Colorado Revised Statutes, <br />1973, as amended, there is adopted as a part of the Louisville <br /> -4- <br />
