<br /> . ." <br /> OHDINANCE NO. 677 <br /> AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NO. 379 <br /> WHICH GRANTED '1'0 MOUNTAIN STATES VIDEO A <br /> CABLE TELEVISION SYSTEM OPERATION PERMIT <br /> AND REVOKING ANY LICENSES PRIVILEGES OR <br /> PERMITS GRANTED. <br /> WHEREAS, on May 21, 1971, the City Council adopted <br />Ordinance 379, which granted to Mountain States Video a permit to <br />install, operate and maintain a cable television system within the <br />boundaries of the City of Louisville; and <br /> WHEREAS, Section 4(b) of that Ordinance provided the permit <br />granted therein was not transferable without authorization of the <br />City Council; and <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that such transfer may have occurred; <br />and <br /> WHEREAS, there has been no evidence of any progress towards <br />the construction of a cable television system; and <br /> WHE REAS , no statement as required by Section 14 of that <br />Ordinance has been provided to the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council does not believe that Mountain <br />States Video has used all due diligence to commence providing service <br />as required by Section 11 of that Ordinance; and <br /> WHEREAS, Section 4(c) of that Ordinance reserves the right <br />to repeal that Ordinance and to revoke the license, privileges and <br />permits therein stated at any time, with or without cause, provided, <br />however, that such repeal or revocation shall not be effective except <br />after the adoption of an Ordinance effectuating the repeal or revo- <br />cation, prior to the adoption of which Mountain States Video shall <br />be given an opportunity to appear before Council and show cause why <br />the same should not be revoked or repealed. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE J' BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> Section 1. Ordinance 379 is hereby REPEALED in its entirety. <br /> Section 2. Any licenses, privileges, or permits granted <br />under Ordinance 379 are hereby revoked. <br />
