<br /> AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF AUG 5 10 30 AM to I
<br /> LOUISVILLE:, COLORADO, A PARCEL OF
<br /> PROPERTY IN SECTION 17, TOWNSHIP 1
<br /> SOUTH, RANGE 69 WEST OF THE 6TH P.M.,
<br /> COUNTY OF BOULDER, STATE OF COLORADO. ClfR~;. t.hn Rf C 'Ji~!). P
<br /> WHE REAS , the City Council of the City of Louisville,
<br />Colorado, hereby determines that the parcel of real property
<br />described below is solely owned by Harold Anderson, and that
<br />said owner has petitioned for annexation to the City; and,
<br /> THAT more or not less than 1/6 of the perimeter of
<br />the area proposed to be annexed is contiguous with the City
<br />limits of the City of Louisville; and,
<br /> THAT a communi t:y of interest exists between the terri-
<br />tory proposed to be annexed and the City of Louisville; and,
<br /> THAT the territory proposed to be annexed is urban or
<br />will be urbanized in the near future and the territory is capable
<br />of being integrated into the City of Louisville; and,
<br /> THAT an annexation election of qualified electors is not
<br />reqtiired for this annexation.
<br /> NOW, THEREFORE " BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
<br />THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO:
<br /> Section 1. That the following described properties
<br />situated in the County of Boulder, State of Colorado, be annexed
<br />to the City of Louisville, to-wit:
<br /> A tract of land in the West 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of
<br />Section 17, Township 1 South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., Boulder
<br />County, Colorado, being more particularly described as follows:
<br /> Beginning at a point on the North right-of-way line of
<br />County Road No. 64 from ~Nhich the Southwest Corner of Lot 11, Block 1,
<br />Johnson's First Addition to Louisville bears S 89052'00"E, 90.00
<br />feet, thence S 00004'00"W, parallel with the East line of the NW 1/4,
<br />NE 1/4, Section 17, 50.00 feet to the South right-of-way line of
<br />said County Road No. 64; thence N 89052'00"W, along said South
<br />Right-of-Way line, 150.00 feet; thence N 00004'OO"E, parallel with
<br />the East line of said NW1/4, NE 1/4, Section 17, 245.55 feet to the
<br />centerline of Bella Vista Drive; thence N 63037'00"E, along said
<br />centerline, 167.54 feet; thence S Ooo04'00"W, parallel with the
<br />East line of said NW 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 17, 270.35 feet to the
<br />Point of Beginning. Said tract contains 0.974 acres, more or less.
<br /> Section 2. That said territory is hereby annexed to the
<br />City of Louisville and included within the corpo~ate boundaries
<br />thereof as an integral part of said City.
