<br /> - "" <br /> ORDINANCE NO.679 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF THE <br /> LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY <br /> OF LOUISVILLE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY <br /> ZONING THE PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE <br /> CITY OF LOUISVILLE BY ORDINANCE NO. <br /> WHE REAS , the City of Louisville has annexed certain real <br />property by adopting Ordinance No. 678 ; and, <br /> vVHEREAS , it is necessary that the zoning thereof be <br />determined; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> Section 1. That Section 17.04.050 of the Louisville <br />Nunicipal Code, entitled Zoning Map - District Boundaries <br />Established, shall be amended to include the following described <br />property and that the parcel shall be zoned in accordance with <br />the zoning indicated after the description below: <br /> A tract of land in the West 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of <br />Section 17, Township 1 South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., <br />Boulder County, Colorado, being more particularly described as follows: <br /> Beginning at a point on the North right-of-way line of <br />County Road No. 64 from which the Southwest corner of Lot 11, <br />Block 1, Johnson's First Addition to Louisville bears S 89052'00"E, <br />90.00 feet; thence S 00c'04'00"W, parallel with the East line of <br />the NW 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 17, 50.00 feet to the South right-of- <br />way line of said County Road No. 64; thence N 89052'00"W, along <br />said South right-of-way line, 150.00 feet; thence N 00004'OO"E, <br />parallel with the East line of said NW 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 17, <br />245.55 feet to the centerline of Bella Vista Drive; thence N 630 <br />37'00"E, along said centerline, 167.54 feet; thence S 00004'00"W, <br />parallel with the East line of said NW 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 17, <br />270.35 feet to the Point of Beginning.
