- "" ORDINANCE NO.679 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY ZONING THE PROPERTY ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE BY ORDINANCE NO. WHE REAS , the City of Louisville has annexed certain real property by adopting Ordinance No. 678 ; and, vVHEREAS , it is necessary that the zoning thereof be determined; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. That Section 17.04.050 of the Louisville Nunicipal Code, entitled Zoning Map - District Boundaries Established, shall be amended to include the following described property and that the parcel shall be zoned in accordance with the zoning indicated after the description below: A tract of land in the West 1/2 of the Northeast 1/4 of Section 17, Township 1 South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., Boulder County, Colorado, being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North right-of-way line of County Road No. 64 from which the Southwest corner of Lot 11, Block 1, Johnson's First Addition to Louisville bears S 89052'00"E, 90.00 feet; thence S 00c'04'00"W, parallel with the East line of the NW 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 17, 50.00 feet to the South right-of- way line of said County Road No. 64; thence N 89052'00"W, along said South right-of-way line, 150.00 feet; thence N 00004'OO"E, parallel with the East line of said NW 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 17, 245.55 feet to the centerline of Bella Vista Drive; thence N 630 37'00"E, along said centerline, 167.54 feet; thence S 00004'00"W, parallel with the East line of said NW 1/4, NE 1/4, Section 17, 270.35 feet to the Point of Beginning.
