Motion passed by voice vote. <br />• Bylaw Adoption <br />McMillan discussed the proposed bylaws stating the purpose of the revisions is to <br />update them to bring them current with the requirements of the Louisville Home Rule <br />Charter and Chapter 2.60 of the Louisville Municipal Code. <br />Loeblich identified some typos in Article 8. <br />Chancellor moved and Loeblich seconded a motion to adopt oposed Board of <br />Adjustment Bylaws. The submittal <br />deadline for an application to be heard at the April hearing is Friday, March <br />25, 2011. If an application is received the packets would be distributed on <br />Friday, April 15, 2011. <br />
