Board of Adjustment <br />Meeting Minutes <br />April 20, 2011 <br />Page 2 of 4 <br />The Harris's indicated they were ready to proceed with the hearing. <br />Public Notice Verification: <br />Jasiak requested public notice verification. <br />McMillan verified the public notice was published in the Camera on April 6, 2011; posted <br />in City Hall, the Public Library, the Recreation Center and the Courts and Police <br />Building on April 6, 2011; mailed to surrounding property owners within 500 feet of the <br />subject property on April 6, 2011; the property was posted with the required signage. <br />Development review fees were paid. <br />A motion was made and seconded to accept the Public Noti rification information <br />as presented by staff.
