Floor in community room at Lydia Morgan is in need of replacement. Karen said that cost to replace with a full sheet of vinyl would be $10,780. Vinyl planks or vinyl squares would be $7,280. Carpet squares would be $6,580. Walt asked if there was an issue with the sub -floor — Karen said that she did not think so. Chuck clarified that this was not in the existing 2011 Budget. Karen said another item was adding a heated sidewalk to the main entryway. Cost would be $11,000-$13,000 for heated concrete. Joyce and Bonnie asked if we would be using local Louisville companies. Frank discussed RFP and agreement we have with Fashion Tile and Carpet. There is also a sprinkler valve at Lydia Morgan that needs repair.. The cost has been estimated at around $1,500 Steve suggested that we wait until next month and view available funds prior to making any decisions on maintenance at Lydia Morgan.
