WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville, Colorado, hereby determines that the parcel of real property described below is solely owned by C. D. Beitelshees, and that said owner has petitioned for annexation to the City; and, THAT more or not less than 1/6 of the perimeter of the area proposed to be annexed is contiguous with the City limits of the City of Louisville; and, THAT a community of interest exists between the terri- tory porposed to be annexed and the City of Louisville; and, THAT the territory proposed to be annexed is urban or will be urbanized in the near future and the territory is capable of being integrated into the City of Louisville; and, THAT an annexation election of qualified electors is no t required for this annexa t~ion. NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. That the following described property situated in the County of Boulder, State of Colorado, be annexed to the City of Louisville, to-wit: The N 1/2 of the S 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 18, Township 1 South, Range 69 West of the 6 th P. M. , described as a tract of land of 10 acres, more or less, located by commencing at the West: 1/4 Corner of Section 18 (Intersection of S. 80th Street and Delany Road) bearing N 00026'47"W, 332.32 feet along the West Line of Section 18 and then N 89001'34"E, 30.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence continuing N. 89001'34"E, 1270.94 fE~et where the SE Corner meets the City Limits; thence N 00038'24"W, 332.08 feet where the NE Corner meets the Ci ty 1imi ts i',' thence S. 89002'11"W, 1269.82 feet to the NW Corner where it meets the City Limits on the East side of 80th Street; thence S. 00026'47"E, 332.32 feet to the True Point of Beginning, County of Boulder, State of Colorado. Section 2. That said territory is hereby annexed to the City of Louisville and included within the corporate boundaries thereof as an integral part of said City.
