D. BEITELSHEES, ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE BY ORDINANCE NO. 108 'I WHEREAS, the City of Louisville has annexed certain real property by adopting Ordinance No .111811; and, WHEREAS, it is necessary that the zoning thereof be determined; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, CO LORADO : Section 1. Tha.t Section 17.04.050 of the Louisville Municipal Code, entitled Zoning Map - District Boundaries Established, shall be amended to include the following described property and that the parcel shall be zoned in accordance with the zoning indicated after the description below: The N 1/2 of the S 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 18, Township 1 South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., described as a tract of land of ten acres, more or less, located by commencing at the West 1/4 Corner of Section 18 (Intersection of S. 80th Street and Delany Road) bearing N 00026'47"W, 332.32 feet along the West Line of Section 18 and then N. 89001'34"E, 30.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence continuing N. 89001'34"E, 1270.94 feet where the SE Corner meets the City limits; thence N. 00038124"W, 332.08 feet where the NE Corner meets the City limits; t:hence S. 89002' 11 "w, 1269.82 feet to the NW Corner where it meets the City limits on the East Side of 80th Street; thence S.
