<br />AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE,
<br />COLORADO, A PARCEL OF APPROXIMATELY FIVE ACRES
<br />LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF
<br />SOUTH BOULDER ROAD AND MAIN STREET, WHICH IS OWNED
<br />BY JAMES AND Ml\RY DiGIACOMO AND FIORI AND PHILOMENA
<br />TESONE.

<br />
<br />WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville,
<br />
<br />
<br />Colorado, hereby determines that the parcel of real property
<br />
<br />described below is solely owned by James and Mary DiGiacomo and
<br />
<br />
<br />Fiori and Philomena Tesone, and that said owners have petitioned
<br />
<br />for annexation to the City; and,
<br />
<br />
<br />THAT more or not less than 1/6 of the perimeter of the
<br />
<br />
<br />area proposed to be annexed is contiguous with the City limits of
<br />
<br />the City of Louisyille; and,
<br />
<br />
<br />THAT a community of interest exists between the territory
<br />
<br />
<br />proposed to be annexed and the City of Louisville; and,
<br />
<br />
<br />THAT the terri t.ory proposed to be annexed ir urban or will
<br />
<br />be urbanized in the near future and the territory is capable of
<br />
<br />
<br />being integrated into the City of Louisville; and,
<br />
<br />
<br />THAT an annexation election of qualified electors is not
<br />
<br />required for this annexat.ion.
<br />
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
<br />THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO:
<br />
<br />Section 1. That the following described property situated
<br />
<br />in the County of Boulder, State of Colorado, be annexed to the City
<br />
<br />of Louisville, to-wit:
<br />
<br />A parcel of land in the NE 1/4 of Section 8, Township 1
<br />South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., Boulder County, Colorado,
<br />more particularly described as follows:
<br />
<br />Beginning at the N 1/4 corner of Section 8, Township 1
<br />South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., Boulder County, Colorado,
<br />thence Easterly along the North line of said section 8, 1099.80
<br />feet to the Northeast corner of Scenic Heights Subdivision and the
<br />True Point of Beginning; thence continuing Easterly along said
<br />North line 368 feet, more or less, to a point 1,187.3 feet westerly
<br />of the Northeast corner of said section 8; said point is also the
<br />Northwest corner of the Caledonia Place Addition to Louisville;
<br />thence Southerly along the West line of the Caledonia Place
<br />Addition 570 feet, more or less, to the extended North line of the
<br />High School Addition to Louisville; thence Westerly along the
<br />North line of the High School Addition 539.24 feet, more or less,
<br />to a point on the South line of Scenic Heights Subdivision; thence
<br />following the boundary of Scenic Heights Subdivision, North 61015'
<br />East 192.05 feet; thence North 30013' East, 5.37 feet; thence
<br />North 472.23 feet to the True Point of Beginning. Said parcel
<br />contains five acres, more or less.
