<br /> . ., <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 687 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF THE LOUISVILLE <br /> MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE ENTITLED <br /> "ZONING" BY ZONING PROPERTY OF APPROXIMATELY FIVE <br /> ACRES OWNED BY JAMES AND MARY DiGIACOMO AND FIORI <br /> AND PHILOMENA 'I'ESONE, ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF <br /> LOUISVILLE BY ORDINANCE NO. 686. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Louisville has annexed certain real <br />property by adopting Ordinance No. 686; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary that the zoning thereof be <br />determined. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORAD: <br /> Section 1. That Section 17.04.050 of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code, entitled Zoning Map - District Boundaries Established, <br />shall be amended to include the following described property and that <br />the parcel shall be zoned in accordance with the zoning indicated <br />after the description below: <br /> A parcel of land in the NE 1/4 of Section 8, Township 1 <br />South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M. Boulder County, Colorado, more <br />particularly described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the N 1/4 corner of Section 8, Township 1 <br />South, Range 69 West of t:he 6 th P. M. , Boulder County, Colorado, thence <br />Easterly along the North line of said section 8, 1099.80 feet to the <br />Northeast corner of Sceni.c Heights subdivision and the True Point of <br />Beginning; thence continuing Easterly along said North line 368 <br />feet, more or less, to a point, 1,187.3 feet Westerly of the Northeast <br />corner of said section 8; said point is also the Northwest corner of <br />the Caledonia Place Addition to Louisville; thence Southerly along <br />the West line of the CalE!donia Place Addition 570 feet, more or less, <br />to the extended North line of the High School Addition to Louisville; <br />thence Westerly along the North line of the High School Addition <br />539.24 feet, more or less, to a point on the South line of Scenic <br />Heights Subdivision; thence following the boundary of Scenic Heights <br />Subdivision, North 61015 I East 192.05 feet, thence North 300131 East <br />5.37 feet; thence North 472.23 feet to the True Point of Beginning. <br />Said parcel contains five acres, more or less. <br /> R - L Residen t:ial Low Density <br /> INTRODUCED, READ, AND ORDERED PUBLISHED this 1111- day of <br /> ~""'I/ , 1980. <br /> . ~#.J/ <br /> Mayor <br />
