<br /> ., <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 688 <br /> AN ORDINANCE CONTROLLING AND RESTRICTING <br /> THE PARKING OF OVERSIZED VEHICLES <br /> ON PUBLIC RIGHTS-OF-WAYS. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that a need exists <br />for an ordinance controlling and restricting the parking of over- <br />sized vehicles on city streets. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, CO LO RADO : <br /> Section 1. The following Chapter 10.20 is hereby added <br />to the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> Chapter 10.20 <br /> OVERSIZED VEHICLE PARKING <br /> 10.20.010 Restricted Parking <br /> No person shall park any truck or bus, exceeding 18 feet <br />or any truck-tractor, any trailer or semi-trailer, any trailer coach <br />or mobile home, or any detached camper unit, excluding emergency <br />vehicles, for a period of time longer than 24 hours during any given <br />day on a public right-of-way within a residentially zoned area or on <br />a public right-of-way adjacent to any residence in any zoned district. <br /> 10.20.020 Exceptions to Restrictions <br /> The parking limitation asserted by Section 10.20.010 shall <br />not apply to vehicles which are being utilized for the delivery or <br />collection of goods or equipment; or being utilized for building <br />repairs, service, or movi.ng operations. <br /> INTRODUCED, RE1\D , AND ORDERED PUBLISHED this 11 day of <br /> c;~/ <br /> , 1980. <br /> 9tW/4V/d~ <br /> f Mayor <br />
