II, <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 691 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE 17 OF THE <br /> LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY <br /> OF LOUISVILLE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY <br /> ZONING THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT THE <br /> GENERAL VICINITY OF DELANEY ROAD WEST <br /> OF THE GOCillHUE DITCH ANNEXED TO THE <br /> CITY OF LOUISVILLE BY ORDINANCE NO. 690 <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Louisville has annexed certain real <br />property by adopting Ordinance No. 690 ; and, <br /> WHEREAS, it is necessary that the zoning thereof be <br />determined; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> Section I. That Section 17.04.050 of the Louisville <br />Municipal Code, entitled Zoning Map - District Boundaries <br />Established, shall be amended to include the following described <br />property and that the paX'ce1 shall be zoned in accordance with <br />the zoning indicated after the description below: <br /> That portion of the Northeast one-quarter of Section 18, <br />Township I South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M., Boulder County, <br />Colorado, being more part~icularly described as follows: <br /> Beginning at the North one-quarter corner of said Section <br />18 ; thence along the No.rt~h line of said Section 18 North 89006 I 05" <br />East 591.69 feet; thence South 00005'35" West 466.69 feet; thence <br />South 89006'0511 West 591.69 feet to the West line of the Northeast <br />one-quarter of said Section 18; thence North 00005135" East 466.69 <br />feet to the point of beginning, containing 6.338 acres more or less. <br /> A- Agricultural <br /> Section 2.
