<br /> DC <br /> Section 26. Section 17.12.010(A) of the Louisville <br />Municipal Cide os hereby repealed. <br /> Section 27. The following sub-section is added to section <br />17.12.010 of Title 17 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> 17.12.010(A) Agricultural A <br /> This district is comprised of areas which are primarily <br />in a natural state, are utilized for the growing of crops and plants <br />materials or where similar farming activities are practiced, or is <br />appropriate for very low density residential use. <br /> 17.12.010(K) <br /> "Administrative or professional office 0". This district <br />is intended for principally non-retail use of a personal service <br />nature. It is intended to be low intensity .in terms of traffic, <br />advertising and hours of operation and shall be compatible with <br />residential use. <br /> Section 28. The following sub-sections are added to <br />Section 17.12.030 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> (A) Smoke. No operation shall be conducted unless it con- <br />forms to the standards established by the Colorado Department of <br />Public Health's rules and regulations pertaining to smoke emission. <br /> (B) particulate Matter. No operation shall be conducted <br />unless it conforms to the standards established by the Colorado <br />Department of Public Health's rules and regulations pertaining to <br />emission of particulate matter. <br /> (e) Dust, Odor, Gas, Fumes, Glare or Vibration. No <br />operation shall be conducted unless it conforms to the standards <br />established by the Colorado Department of Public Health's rules and <br />regulations pertaining to emission of dust, o do r , gas, fumes, glare <br />or vibration. <br /> (D) Radiation Hazards and Electrical Disturbances. No <br />operation shall be conducted unless it conforms to the standards <br />established by the Colorado Department of Public Health's rules and <br />regulations pertaining to radiation control. <br /> (E) Noise. No operation shall be conducted unless it <br />conforms to the standards established by the Colorado Department of <br />Public Health's rules and regulatio.n,s. pertaining to noise. <br /> -12- <br />
