Fire lanes shall be required where necessary <br /> to protect the area during the period of develop- <br /> ment and after development. An easement therefore <br /> shall be dedicated, shall be a minimum of 20 feet <br /> in width, and shall remain free of obstructions <br /> and provide access at all times. <br /> Section 12. Section 16.16.050(D) of the Louisville Municipal <br />Code shall be repealed. <br /> Section 13. The following sub-section shall be added to <br />Section 16.16.050 of Title 16 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> 16.16.050(D) <br /> The minimum 101: frontage, as measured along the front lot <br />lines shall be 50 feet, E~xcept for lots abutting a cul-de-sac in <br />which case said lot frontage may be reduced to 35 feet. <br /> Section 14. Chapter 16.24 of the Louisville Municipal Code <br />shall be repealed. <br /> Section 15. The following chapter shall be added to Title <br />16 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> Chapter 16.24 MODIFICATIONS <br /> 16.24.010 Intent <br /> The City Council, upon advice of the Planning Commission, <br />may authorize modification from these regulations in cases where, <br />due to exceptional topographical conditions or other conditions <br />peculiar to the site, an unnecessary hardship would be placed on the <br />subdivider. Such modifications shall not be granted if it would be <br />detrimental to the public good or impair the basic intent and purposes <br />of this title. Any modification granted shall be in keeping with the <br />intent of the comprehensive development plan of the City. <br /> 16.24.020 Planned Unit Development Modifications <br /> Modifications to the requirements of this Title may be <br />authorized by the City Council upon advice of the Planning Commission <br /> -4- <br />
