II <br /> , <br /> f" "ttt(' <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 701 <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING 'I'ITLE 17 OF THE <br /> MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LOUISVJLLE <br /> ENTITLED "ZONING" BY REZONING A PARCEL OF <br /> PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF SOUTH BOULDER <br /> ROAD AND EAST OF THE MESA POINT SUBDIVISION. <br /> WHEREAS, the City of Louisville had previously zoned certain <br /> real property; and, <br /> WHE REAS , the City of Louisville has received an application <br /> from the owners, Victor A. Caranci and Ida L. Caranci, requesting <br /> that said property be rezoned; and, <br /> WHEREAS, after a review of the application, the Ci.ty Council <br /> has determined that said real property be rezoned. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> Section l. That Chapter 17.04, Section l7.04.050 of the <br /> Municipal Code of the City of Louisville, entitled Zoning Map, shall <br /> be amended to rezone the following described property and that the <br /> tract shall be rezoned in accordance with the zoning indicated after <br /> the description below: <br /> A tract of land in the SE 1/4 of Section 6, the NE 1/4 of <br /> Section 7 and the SW 1!4 of Section 5, Township 1 South, Range 69 <br /> West of the 6th P.M.
