II , f" "ttt(' ORDINANCE NO. 701 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING 'I'ITLE 17 OF THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LOUISVJLLE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY REZONING A PARCEL OF PROPERTY LOCATED NORTH OF SOUTH BOULDER ROAD AND EAST OF THE MESA POINT SUBDIVISION. WHEREAS, the City of Louisville had previously zoned certain real property; and, WHE REAS , the City of Louisville has received an application from the owners, Victor A. Caranci and Ida L. Caranci, requesting that said property be rezoned; and, WHEREAS, after a review of the application, the Ci.ty Council has determined that said real property be rezoned. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section l. That Chapter 17.04, Section l7.04.050 of the Municipal Code of the City of Louisville, entitled Zoning Map, shall be amended to rezone the following described property and that the tract shall be rezoned in accordance with the zoning indicated after the description below: A tract of land in the SE 1/4 of Section 6, the NE 1/4 of Section 7 and the SW 1!4 of Section 5, Township 1 South, Range 69 West of the 6th P.M. Boulder County, Colorado, described as follows: Beginning at the SW corner of said Section 5, thence South 89037'50" East, 1318.86 feet along the South line of said Section 5 to the SW corner of the East 1/2 of the SW 1/4 of said Section 5; thence North QOOI'27" East, 30 feet, to the North right-of-way of South Boulder Road; thence North 89035'50" West, l3l8.86 feet, parallel to the South line of said Section 5, to a point on the East line of said Section 6, 30 feet North 0019' East of the SE corner of said Section 6; thence North 0019' East, 1282.l5 feet along the East line of the SE 1/4 of said Section 6; thence South 89039'lOIi West, 660.41 feet, along the North line of the SE 1/4 of the SE l!4 of said Section 6; thence South 0019' West, 1282.98 feet, parallel with the East line of the SE 1/4 of said Section 6, to a point 30 feet North QOI9' East of the South line of said Section 6; thence North 8903l' 23" East,242.24 feet, parallel to the South line of said Section 6; thence South 0028'37" East, 60 feet; thence North 89031'23'' East 418.l8 feet, parallel to the South line of said Section 6 to the East line of the NE l/4 of said Section 7; thence North 0012' West, 30 feet along the East line of the NE 1!4 of said Section 7 to the point of beginning.
