. .L ORDINANCE NO. 703 AN ORDINANCE AJ1ENDING TITLE 17 OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE ENTITLED "ZONING" BY ZONING PROPERTY OF APPROXI~ffiTELY TEN ACRES OWNED BY VERNON J. ZURIC:K, ANNEXED TO THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE BY ORDINANCE NO. 702. WHE REAS , the City of Louisville has annexed certain real property by adopting Ordinance No. 702; and, WHE REAS , it is necessary that the zoning thereof be determined. Nmv, 'l'HEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: Section 1. That Section 17.04.050 of the Louisville Municipal Code, entitled Zoning Map - District Boundaries Established, shall be amended to include the following described property and that the parcel shall be zoned in accordance with the zoning indicated after the description below: Beginning at a point on the West line of said Section 18, whence the Northwest corner of said Section 18 bears North 00026'47" West 658.76 feet; thence North 88026'48" East 664.16 feet; thence South 00050'00" East 662.81 feet; thence South 88 024 I 05" We s t 338. 66 feet; thence North 00026'47" West 300 feet; thence South 88024'05" 1;\1 est 330 feet; thence North 00026'47" West 363.40 feet to the point of beginning. Said parcel contains 7.87 acres, more or less. o - Office Commencing at a point on the West line of said Section 18, whence the Northwest corner of said Section 18 bears North 00026'47" West 658.76 feet; thence South 00026'47" East 363.40 feet to the True Point of Beginning; thence South 00026'47" East 300 feet; thence North 88024'05" East 330 feet; thence North 00026'47" ~vest 300 feet; thence South 88024'05" West 330 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
