II <br /> ) <br /> .. <br /> -'>;' " <br /> //// <br /> ORDINANCE NO. <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION lO.04.050 <br /> OF THE LOUISVILLE MUNICIPAL CODE, REDUCING <br /> THE SPEED LIMIT ON SOUTH BOULDER ROAD FROM <br /> VIA APPIA TO HIGHWAY 42 to 30 M.P.H. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Louisville has <br /> determined that the speed limit on South Boulder Road should be <br /> reduced to better control vehicle and pedestrian traffic. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE " BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br /> THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> Section I. Section 10.04.050 of Chapter 10.04 of the <br /> Louisville Municipal Code is hereby repealed. <br /> Section 2. The following section is hereby added to <br /> Chapter 10.04 of the Louisville Municipal Code: <br /> 10.04.050 Sections Included in Article XXVI <br /> The following sections are to be included in Article XXVI <br /> of the Model Traffic Code: <br /> "Sections 26-2 and 26-3. DECREASED AND INCREASED SPEED <br /> LIMITS.
