<br /> . .L <br /> ( <br /> of removal or disposal as provided for in Section 14.20.150 within <br /> 30 days after billing by the City, a lien shall be assessed against <br /> the property for the costs and expenses incurred by the City. The <br /> City Clerk shall certify said assessment to the Treasurer of Boulder <br /> County, who shall extend the assessment upon the tax roll and collect <br /> the assessment in the same manner as other taxes upon said property. <br /> 14.20.170 Obstruction or Interference <br /> It shall be unlawful for any person to obstruct, delay, <br /> impede or interfere with the Tree Board, or any of its members, agents, <br /> or employees of the City while engaging in, or performing any duties <br /> or activities authorized pursuant to this chapter. <br /> 14.20.180 Consent of City Forester <br /> It shall be unlawful for any person, corporation, partnership, <br /> group, firm or entity to trim, prune, treat, care for, or sever any -,- <br /> land, any Curb Tree or Park Tree or any part or portion thereof, In <br /> return for any sum or amount of money or any other thing of value <br /> without first applying for and obtaining the written consent of the <br /> Ci ty Forester. Before any such consent shall be given the City <br /> Forester shall require each and every such applicant to furnish certi- <br /> ficates of insurance issued by an insurance company, or companles, <br /> licensed in the State of Colorado, showing that such applicant has <br /> (1) workmen's compensation coverage effective in the State of <br /> Colorado; and (2 ) liability insurance in the minimum amount of <br /> $100,000.00 for bodily injury to anyone person, $300,000.00 for <br /> bodily injury for anyone occurrence, and $50,000.00 property <br /> damage, which will indemnify and hold harmless the City from any <br /> and all claims, demands, liabilities and causes of action of every <br /> kind concerning, relatin9 to, arising from or out of or connected <br /> with any and all acts of omissions of such applicant. <br /> 14.20.190 Review by and Appeal to City Council <br /> The City Council shall have the right to review any and <br /> all acts, conduct, rulinq, orders and decision of the Tree Board; and <br /> any person may appeal any act, conduct, ruling, order or decision of <br /> the Tree Board to the City Council, which shall hear and decide said <br /> appeal within thirty days. <br /> -5- <br />
