<br />RESOLUTION NO. 51 <br />SERIES 2004 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2004 BUDGET BY INCREASING REVENUES <br />AND APPROPRIATIONS IN TUE WATER & WASTEWATER FUND AND <br />DECREASING REVENUES IN THE GENERAL FUND FOR THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a need exists for the transfer of funds from the unreserved and undesignated fund <br />balances in the General Fund to the Water & Wastewater Fund to defray expenses in excess of <br />amounts budgeted and: <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a need exists for increasing the appropriations in the Water & Wastewater Fund <br />and: <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOL VEl> BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO; <br /> <br />1. That a transfer of unreserved and undesignated fund balances occur from the General <br />Fund to the Water & Wastewater Fund in the amount of $4,905 <br /> <br />2. That the 2004 Water & Wastewater Fund appropriation be increased from $8,080,233 to <br />$8,085,138 <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of November, 2004 <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Charles L.
