Section 5.10.090.0 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows (words to be deleted are shown in strikeout; words to be added are underlined): C. Notwithstanding subsection B, a licensee whose license has been expired for not more than ninety (90) days may file a late renewal application upon the payment of a non refundable late application fee at the time the renewal application is submitted in the amount as established by resolution of the city council of five hundred dollars ($500,09) at the time the renewal application is submittet A licensee who files a late renewal application and pays the requisite fee may continue to operate until a decision is made on the renewal. Section 8. Section 5.10.100 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows (words to be deleted are shown in strikeout; words to be added are underlined): Sec. 5.10.100. Annual license fee. Upon and as a condition of issuance of a license or any renewal of a license, the licensee shall pay to the city an annual license fee in an amount as established by resolution of the city council o sand Fire Hundred Dollars ($1,500). The annual license fee may be refunded if the application is denied. Section 9. Section 5.10.130.D of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows (words to be deleted are shown in strikeout; words to be added are underlined): D. After a license is issued, the licensee shall make no physical change which materially or substantially alters the licensed premises or the usage of the licensed premises from the plans and specifications submitted at the time of obtaining the original license without the prior written consent of the local licensing authority. For purposes of this subsection, physical changes, alterations or modifications of the licensed premises, or in the usage of the premises requiring prior written consent shall be as specified in the rules and regulations promulgated by the state licensing authority. Each application for modification of premises shall be accompanied by an application fee in the amount as established by resolution of the city council of One Thousand Five Hundred dollars ($1,500.00).
