Section 5.10.090.0 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended to read <br /> as follows (words to be deleted are shown in strikeout; words to be added are underlined): <br /> C. Notwithstanding subsection B, a licensee whose license has been <br /> expired for not more than ninety (90) days may file a late renewal application upon <br /> the payment of a non refundable late application fee at the time the renewal <br /> application is submitted in the amount as established by resolution of the city council <br /> of five hundred dollars ($500,09) at the time the renewal application is submittet A <br /> licensee who files a late renewal application and pays the requisite fee may continue <br /> to operate until a decision is made on the renewal. <br /> Section 8. Section 5.10.100 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as <br /> follows (words to be deleted are shown in strikeout; words to be added are underlined): <br /> Sec. 5.10.100. Annual license fee. <br /> Upon and as a condition of issuance of a license or any renewal of a license, <br /> the licensee shall pay to the city an annual license fee in an amount as established by <br /> resolution of the city council o sand Fire Hundred Dollars ($1,500). The <br /> annual license fee may be refunded if the application is denied. <br /> Section 9. Section 5.10.130.D of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby amended to read <br /> as follows (words to be deleted are shown in strikeout; words to be added are underlined): <br /> D. After a license is issued, the licensee shall make no physical change <br /> which materially or substantially alters the licensed premises or the usage of the <br /> licensed premises from the plans and specifications submitted at the time of obtaining <br /> the original license without the prior written consent of the local licensing authority. <br /> For purposes of this subsection, physical changes, alterations or modifications of the <br /> licensed premises, or in the usage of the premises requiring prior written consent <br /> shall be as specified in the rules and regulations promulgated by the state licensing <br /> authority.
