Section 13. Section 5.18.050 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby repealed and <br /> reenacted to read in full as follows: <br /> Sec. 5.18.050. License fees for sexually oriented businesses. <br /> A. The annual fee for a sexually oriented business license and the annual <br /> manager's license fee shall be as established by resolution of the city council. <br /> B. An applicant for a sexually oriented business license shall pay a <br /> nonrefundable application fee at the time of filing an application. Such application <br /> fee shall be as established by resolution of the city council. <br /> Section 14. Section 5.20.050 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby repealed and <br /> reenacted to read in full as follows: <br /> Sec. 5.20.050. Application and transfer fees to operate a cable television system. <br /> The city council shall, by resolution, establish fees to be paid to the city upon <br /> the filing of a new application or of an application for transfer or assignment of an <br /> existing license. <br /> Section 15. Section 6.12.060 of the Louisville Municipal Code is hereby repealed and <br /> reenacted to read in full as follows: <br /> Sec. 6.12.060. License -Fees. <br /> The fees for the annual license for dogs required in Section 6.12.040, and the <br /> fee for replacement of lost tags, shall be as established by resolution of the city <br /> council. <br /> Section 16. Subsections C.1 and C.2 of Section 6.12.160 of the Louisville Municipal Code <br /> is hereby amended to read as follows (words to be deleted are shown in strikeout; words to be added are <br /> underlined): <br /> Sec. 6.12.160. Pit bulls prohibited. <br /> C. License. The owner of any pit bull located in the city on or before <br /> April 9, 1994, shall be allowed to keep such pit bull within the city upon compliance <br /> with the terms of the exception contained in subsection B of this section only if the <br /> owner applies for and receives an annual pit bull license on or before April 9, 1994. <br /> Ordinance No. 1594, Series 2011 <br /> Page 5 of 15 <br />
