<br /> Sewer rates for all uses other than residential uses described in section 13.28.010 for the winter months
<br /> of January, February, March, April, October, November and December shall be as set forth in the
<br /> appropriate table below:

<br /> 0 15,000 $14.90 (minimum monthly charge)
<br /> 15,001 20,000 $14.90 for the first 15,000 gallons, plus $0.92 for each additional 1,000 gallons (or
<br /> fraction thereof)
<br /> 20,001 30,000 $19.50 for the first 20,000 gallons, plus $1.03 for each additional 1,000 gallons (or
<br /> fraction thereof)
<br /> 30,001 40,000 $29.84 for the first 30,000 gallons, plus $1.14 for each additional 1,000 gallons (or
<br /> fraction thereof)
<br /> 40,001 50,000 $41.21 for the first 40,000 gallons, plus $1.25 for each additional 1,000 gallons (or
