<br />RESOLUTION NO. 26 <br />SERIES 2004 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR A 6,267 <br />SQUARE FOOT BANKING FACILITY FOR THE BOULDER VALLEY CREDIT <br />UNION, INCLUDING FOUR DRIVE-THROUGH LANES ON <br />LOT 3, COAL CREEK BUSINESS PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of a final planned unit development (PUD) development plan for a 6,267 SF bank <br />building on Lot 3, Coal Creek Business Park; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the PUD have been reviewed by City Staff and the <br />Planning Commission and have been found to comply with Chapter 17 of the LMC, including <br />the Commercial Development Design Standards and Guidelines and previous approvals for the <br />Coal Creek Business Park Subdivision and PUD; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearings on April 13, 2004 where evidence and <br />testimony were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning <br />Commission Staff Report of April 13, 2004, the Planning Commission recommended approval to <br />the City Council, with one condition; and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the recommendation <br />of the Planning Commission and finds that the application should be approved, with the <br />following condition: <br /> <br />1. The trash enclosure location shall be modified on the final PUD Mylars as depicted on <br />Sheet 1-A and attached to the City Council communication of May 4, 2004. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve a final PUD development plan application for Boulder <br />Valley Credit Union on Lot 3, Coal Creek Business Park. <br /> <br /> <br />By: <br /> <br />Ch s L.
