<br />RESOLUTION NO. 56 <br />SERIES 2004 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING WATER AND SEWER RATES AND CHARGES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the City Charter and the Louisville Municipal Code, the City <br />Council is authorized to fix, establish, maintain and provide for the collection of rates, fees, and <br />charges for water and other utility services furnished by the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council by this resolution desires to establish the various rates and <br />charges for City water usage, effective January 1, 2005. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO: <br /> <br />1. For water sold and sewer services provided by the City, the following rates and <br />charges shall apply effective January 1, 2005: <br /> <br />A. Inside Meter Rates. The meter rates for water usage and for sewer services within <br />the City shall be as set forth in Appendix A. <br /> <br />B. Outside Meter Rates. The meter rates for users outside the city limits shall be <br />double the rate for users inside the city limits. <br /> <br />C. Bulk Water Rate. The bulk water user shall pay an annual permit fee of <br />$500.00 plus the sum of$8.00 per 1,000 gallons used. <br /> <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 7th day of December, 2004. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />1 <br />
