<br />A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE 2007 BUDGET BY INCREASING
<br />APPROPRIATIONS IN THE GENERAL FUND, PUBLIC ACCESS TELEVISION
<br />FUND, NORTHWEST P ARKW A Y FUND, CONSERVATION TRUST - LAND
<br />ACQUISITION FUND, CONSERVATION TRUST - LOTTERY FUND, CAPITAL
<br />PROJECTS FUND, LIBRARY CAPITAL CONSTUCTION FUND, WATER,
<br />W ASTEW ATER & STORMW A TER FUND, BUILDING MAINTENANCE FUND, AND
<br />FLEET MANAGEMENT FUND FOR THE CITY OF LOUISVILLE, COLORADO
<br />WHEREAS, a need exists for incr,easing the 2007 appropriations in the General Fund, Public
<br />Access Television Fund, Northwest Parkway Fund, Conservation Trust - Land Acquisition
<br />Fund, Conservation Trust - Lottery, Capital Projects Fund, Library Capital Construction Fund,
<br />Water, Wastewater & Stormwater Fund, Building Maintenance Fund and Fleet Management
<br />Fund and:
<br />WHEREAS, the revenues for the increased appropriation will come from the unreserved and
<br />undesignated fund balances in the General Fund, Public Access Television Fund, Northwest
<br />Parkway Fund, Conservation Trust -- Land Acquisition Fund, Conservation Trust - Lottery
<br />Fund, Capital Projects Fund, Library Capital Construction Fund, Water, Wastewater &
<br />Stormwater Fund Building Maintenance Fund and the Fleet Management Fund and:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
<br />LOUISVILLE, COLORADO;
<br />1. That the 2007 General Fund appropriation be increased from $12,895,974 to $13,157,144
<br />2. That the 2007 Public Access Television Fund be increased from $12,500 to $79,000
<br />3. That the 2007 Northwest Parkway Fund appropriation be increased from $0 to
<br />$1,300,000
<br />4. That the 2007 Conservation Trust - Land Acquisition Fund be increased from $5,138,927
<br />to $5,168,811
<br />5. That the 2007 Conservation Trust - Lottery Fund be increased from $340,500 to
<br />$392,500
<br />6. That the 2007 Capital Projects Fund be increased from $3,959,703 to $4,514,783
<br />7. That the 2007 Library Capital Construction Fund be increased from $210,668 to
<br />$474,183
<br />8. That the 2007 Water, Wastewater & Stormwater Fund be increased from $6,996,564 to
<br />$7,547,863
<br />9. That the 2007 Building Maintenance Fund be increased from $244,000 to $279,460
