City Council
Study Session Summary
April 1 0, 2007

Chris Browning and Patty Leslie gave a progress report on the Colorado Wireless
Communities (CWC) and the current initiative to draft an IGA to establish the CWC as a
legal entity. A draft of the IGA was provided to City Council for input. Staff intends to
present the IGA for City Council consideration at the May 1, 2007 regular City Council
meeting.

Lastly, there was brief discussion on use of City email accounts. Staff is recommending
City Council members no longer forward any city related emails from their City email
accounts to their personal outside email accounts due to size limitations and safety/fire
wall issues. Staff will provide additional information at a later study session on the pros
and cons of such a policy.

Update - 2007 Street Replacement Program
Tom Phare presented the 2007 street reconstruction program to City Council.
Discussion by City Council and staff centered on locations citywide for pavement
resurfacing and repair.

City Manager's Report
Balser briefly went over the following items:
. Anticipated agenda for the April 17 meeting
. City received the $75,000 check from the Town of Superior for their 2007
contribution toward Louisville Library Services
. Update on April 10 Library Task Force Meeting
. Update on Strategic Organizational and Financial Assessment

Adjourn - The meeting adjourned at 9:15 PM.

Submitted by Heather Balser, April 17, 2007.
