<br />RESOLUTION NO. 23 <br /> SERIES 2007 <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN <br />AMENDMENT TO THE FINAL PUD DEVELOPMENT PLAN, GATEWAY <br />PLAZA, REGARDING SIGN DESIGN STANDARDS. <br />WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Louisville City Council, a request for <br />approval of an amended final PUD development plan, Gateway Plaza, regarding sign <br />design standards.; and, <br />WHEREAS, all materials related to the amended final PUD development plan <br />have been reviewed by City Staff and the Planning Commission and found to generally be <br />in compliance with the sprit and intent of the City's zoning ordinance, the Commercial <br />Development Design Standards and Guidelines (CDDSG) and the provisions ofthe <br />Gateway Plaza Planned Unit Development (PUD) Plan; and, <br />WHEREAS, after a duly noticed public hearing, where evidence and testimony <br />were entered into the record, including the findings in the Louisville Planning Commission <br />Staff Report of April 12, 2007, the Planning Commission recommended approval to the <br />City Council without condition; and, <br />WHEREAS, City Council has reviewed the application, including the requested <br />changes to the Gateway Plaza PUD and finds those requests to be justified as documented <br />in the public record for the April 12, 2007 Planning Commission public hearing; and <br />further finds that said final PUD development plan should be approved and amended <br />without condition, <br />NOW THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Louisville, Colorado does hereby approve an amended final PUD development plan, <br />Gateway Plaza, regarding sign design standards, without condition. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1 st day of Ma , 200 <br /> By: <br /> Cnar es isk, Mayor <br /> City of r..; uisville, Colorado <br />Nancy Yarra, City Clerk <br />City of Louisville, Colorado <br /> 1 <br />
