Lincoln Street Elderly Limited Partnership Financial Statements <br />Rental income is exceeding budget by 3% or $3,102 the period ending June 2011. <br />General income is over budget by $587. <br />Total administrative expenses are 18% or $6,814 less than budget. <br />Total utility expense is under budget by 33% or $6,509. <br />Maintenance salary and contract expense are under budget by 31% or $4,629. <br />Maintenance Materials is over budget by $296. <br />See attached listing of non routine maintenance through June. <br />General expenses are $416 under budgeted expense to date. There were no bad debt write offs. <br />East Street Limited Partnership Financial Statements <br />Rental income is under budget by 2% or $1,643 for the period ending June 2011. There are currently no <br />vacant units at this site. <br />Other income is 79% or $2,797 less than budget. <br />Total administrative expenses are over budget by $495. <br />Total utility expenses are 12% or $813 less than budget. <br />Maintenance salaries and contract expense are 54% or $5,310 more than budget to date.
